I never really give a shit about these reality shows.
But I saw this a few weeks ago. in America's Got Talent. The winner of the show gets to headline a Las Vegas show
I have never been to Vegas, but I would put on a jacket to see him so a show.
I actually voted 10 times.
When he was a kid he was homeless, till recently he worked in a car wash.
Not any more
He just won. A million dollars he will headline a Vegas show.
His life will never be the same.
A little feel good moment for me.
If the money doesn't kill him. So many young singing stars have died in the past 50 years, I've lost count.
ReplyDeleteI'm very glad he did well, but I hope it isn't a matter of too much too soon.

I think he is gonna be fine. He seamed like a humble man who appreciated the gift he was getting.
ReplyDeletelove the blog
ReplyDeletejust found it today
best wishes
I think he'll be OK. He seems pretty grounded, and he's 36. I watched America's Got Talent from the beginning, and, one thing that struck me all the way through was how much the other acts really seemed to like him.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're right. I really do. Almost all the grand old crooners are gone except Tony Bennett, who lived through all the glitter and glamor and survived. Wouldn't it be wonderful if Tony took Landau under his wing?
