I made the special part red
I hope you’ll save the date to join me at our inaugural Celebrate the Runners of the Future event on October 28 at the Museum of the City of New York. An electronic invitation will be arriving in your inbox soon; in the meantime, you can click here to learn more or purchase tickets.
As a loyal participant who’s run 15 or more consecutive New York City Marathons your presence would be particularly meaningful. On this special evening, we’ll celebrate during a week like no other in New York—Marathon Week—in support of New York Road Runners’ youth programs. These programs serve more than 400 underserved schools and community centers in New York City, 47 states, and the Cape Town region of South Africa.
Our programs have grown from serving 15 kids in 1998 to nearly 100,000 today. By joining us on October 28, you can play a critical role in helping us reach our ambitious goal of making running a part of every child’s school day.
