Chinese Style Food

I wont call it Chinese food becasue I am not Chinese, but I made this and the family ate it all up!

First if browned an onion in sesame oil and then added about a pound of skirt steak.  (It coulda been chicken, or pork but beef just tastes better).  I cooked fired it for a while with some La Choy Garlic Gingers sauce.  In a separate pan I fired with just a little oil a package of Eat Smart Vegetable Stir Fry and  can of bean sprouts and a can of baby corn.  I served it with rice.
