Let's see how this works out.

The City has been expanding the sidewalks along some wide streets so that it is easier to cross.  This is called a bulbout.

On 4th Ave and 9th Street they are even moving the streetlights over to where the street used to be.

Some people think any narrowing of the roadway is an affront to their civil rights.  But if one was driving over this part of the road, they were cutting the turn to tight.

Let's see if these tracks become fossils?
