A tree gets harvested in Brooklyn

To say it grows would be an understatement.

Right there on Ave " Z" and East 23rd Street.  Nothin more Brooklyn than that.

I shoulda asked the guy for a taste or at maybe aske him what they were.

  1. Wow! Apricots. I've seen cherries, italian pears, and persimmons here in Sunset Park/Borough Park.

  2. I'm wrong. They're persimmons after another look.

  3. Thanks, McSquare. I did not even know what they were.

  4. Yep, they sure look like persimmons to me, never tried one.

hey, chicken wearer, the tree in front of my house grows Asian Plums, you should try one next year.

You do not have to be nice!
