I let Google plan my day.

This morning I checked my email and I got Google Offer for two for one to the South Street Seaport Museum.  I checked out the museum's website and it looked like a nice place to spend a few hours.  I did not even know it existed.  The last time I was there it was only a storefront. It was not really the Seaport Museum as I remember it,  it is not more like an annex to the Museum of the City of New York.

Read this to see that I was there on October 3, 1981 with my not yet wife.  The juggler performed in front of the museum.

I printed the the vouchers and jumped on the 2 Train. 15 minutes later we were there.

The lobby was cool. It is called The Waterline Atrium. They are sinkers, hanging from fishing line.  That was just about the only nautical thing there

There was a room full of tools that intrigued the boys.

And if my girl would have come she would have spent a minute looking at the old dresses.

Now my ticket to the Seaport Museum can get me into the Museum of the City of New York in the next 7 days.  You know where I will be going.

PS.  2 for 1 offers are no big deal when kids get in for half price anyway.
